ESL help with attitude not to my taste...
This is definitely designed to target ESL or remedial English needs and does an excellent job of that. The materials and exercises (including listening exercises) are well designed for their purpose, though the answer inputs are somewhat stubborn or unwieldy at times. Once or twice, the correct answer was debatable (Brit VS US).
However, it will be of limited use to a home educator looking for on the run grammar review for their students (questions and answer inputs are too difficult to sort out for younger learners with limited reading skills and two easy for most advanced readers).
There is another reason some home educators may object: I was disappointed at the consistent level of negativity in the questions and examples, as well as repeated casual reference to negative social trends such as divorce, boyfriends/girlfriends, breaking up, etc.
Thanks to the app builder for their efforts. Im sure it will help many. But we will find something else.
